Meet Vera, born with bilateral profound sensorineural hearing loss, who received bilateral cochlear implants at nine months old. Vera’s journey with Clarke began at 16 months, when she and her family started Clarke’s Birth to Age Three Program.

Vera loves to dance and express herself through art. She finds joy in immersing herself in books and engaging in imaginative play with her older brother, Otto. Known for her playful antics, Vera never fails to bring laughter to those around her.

At three years old, Vera is currently enrolled in Clarke’s Preschool/Early Childhood Program, where she embraces each day with curiosity and enthusiasm.
