Bruce and Marcia Landon, parents of the late Tammy Jacobson-Landon, grant writer and director of foundation relations at Clarke, created the “I Can Hear You Now” Fund. It was established in Tammy’s honor and benefits Clarke.
Thanks to the family’s efforts, the Springfield Thunderbirds hockey team presented Clarke with a $5,000 check to benefit the Tammy Jacobson-Landon “I Can Hear You Now” Fund.
