While CEO, Doug led efforts to further unify the organization and developed a five-year strategic plan. He retired in September 2020.
Prior to joining Clarke, Doug was a principal at Glenmoore Partners. He also served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of the John Templeton Foundation. Doug is a Finance Committee member of the Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia and received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
