Clarke Leader to Facilitate Virtual Learning Experience Presented by Hearing First

Sherri Fickenscher, LSLS Cert. AVEd, teacher of the deaf at Clarke Philadelphia, will facilitate “Child Development 18-36 Months in LSL Intervention,” a virtual listening and spoken language learning series hosted by our friends at Hearing First.

The four-week course includes live sessions on Tuesdays from 8:00 – 9:30 pm ET. beginning on Tuesday, September 15. The sessions will focus on brain development, social skills and how to ensure children who are deaf or hard of hearing ages 18-36 months reach their full potential.

Professionals can earn 10 CEUS from the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language and 1 CEU from the American Academy of Audiology.
