Clarke’s new Chief Development Officer, Claudia Miner, joins the Clarke team in October 2024.
With more than 30 years of fundraising and leadership experience across nonprofit and private sectors, Claudia initially joined the Clarke team as a consultant in 2023 to help elevate the organization’s grant writing, after which she assumed the role of Interim Chief Development Director. Most recently Claudia served as executive director of Waterford Upstart, a national early education program which she also co-founded.
Claudia’s goals include enhancing Clarke’s visibility through higher strategic planning, donor stewardship and leadership. Claudia’s focus will be creating an open communication environment with the Development Team, helping to empower location leadership to meet and exceed their fundraising goals.
“After working in the field of early learning for the past 15 years, I am excited to move into Clarke’s incredible work with children who are deaf and hard of hearing and their families,” says Claudia. “I look forward to introducing Clarke’s incredible work to donors across the country.”
