Clarke’s new Chief Financial Officer, Danielle Gantt, joins the Clarke team in November 2024.
Danielle comes to Clarke with over 16 years’ experience in non-profit leadership in finance and development operations, with a focus on advocacy for education, social services and healthcare.
Danielle’s leadership style is built on a foundation of transparency and collaboration. Her belief in systematic improvements, strategy and vision allows finance to tell one piece of the story and support the tremendous programmatic work for those on the “front lines.” This approach reassures stakeholders and ensures that the financial aspect of the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.
Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in accounting from Texas A&M Commerce. Danielle has led a previous organization through growth periods that doubled budgets from $10M to $20M in two years, serving an additional 2,000 clients. Danielle has also optimized finance departments to deliver more timely and accurate reporting needed for decision-making. Most recently, Danielle was the CFO of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
Danielle is a wife and mom to a 10-year-old son, Jase, and a seven-year-old daughter, Zoe. Her goal is to teach her children to always come from a place of kindness and acceptance of others, and to be their authentic selves every day. She loves to travel and go on new adventures with her family. She is also an avid reader in her free time.
“I am excited to join Clarke,” says Danielle. “As a mom of a child who has received speech services for many years, I recognize the importance of this work. All children deserve the best education to help develop them into their best selves, and that is achieved with communities, advocacy and organizations like Clarke supporting that work!”
