It's Never Too Early to Start.
In Clarke’s Birth to Age Three Program, parents receive the tools and support they need to facilitate their baby’s development and make the most of those important years before preschool.
Providing the Tools Parents Need
Families form partnerships with Clarke’s experienced staff to create a supportive team dedicated to the success and development of each child. Caregivers discover how to enrich their baby’s life with meaningful sound and language through personalized family sessions, collaborative services, parent groups and home visits.
Families learn strategies to support language development through play, speech and listening activities, and share experiences and questions with other families in a supportive environment.

Reaching Families Remotely
Thanks to tVisit® Teleservices, families can access Clarke’s early intervention services from anywhere.
tVisits are administered using a computer with a web camera and a microphone; a tablet (such as an iPad); or a smartphone with video communication capability.
Since its first session in 2013, Clarke’s tVisit® Teleservices Program has provided access to early intervention services for hundreds of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
