We’re pleased to share that Shiela Fortson, MS, Clarke’s Chief Communications Officer, recently received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by AmeriCorps and the Biden-Harris Administration. This award is in recognition of a lifetime of volunteer service to our nation.
“Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside many incredible individuals and organizations,” says Sheila, “and I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of giving back. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute and remain committed to continuing this important work.”
Sheila, who joined the Clarke Team in October 2024, holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Temple University and an MS in Global Strategic Communications from Florida International University, complemented by executive certifications from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University. Prior to joining Clarke, she led the corporate communications function at the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI).
Congratulations, Sheila!
