About the 1867 Society

The 1867 Society honors and acknowledges Clarke’s most steadfast supporters and friends. These donors provide direct annual support to further Clarke’s mission to teach children who are deaf or hard of hearing to listen and talk.

Making an annual gift at one of the giving society levels allows you have a direct impact on the long-term sustainability of Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech and make a powerful statement about the value of listening and spoken language education for children with hearing loss. The 1867 Society provides invaluable on-going support and enables resources to be directed to where most needed.

Named for the year Clarke was founded, the 1867 Society enables Clarke to continue to provide children who are deaf or hard of hearing with the listening and spoken language skills they need to succeed and to acknowledge those who make this possible.
