Making Connections!

This form is for STUDENTS (grades 7-12) who wish to attend Making Connections and their CHAPERONES only. If you are here in error, you can go back.

The registration fee for Making Connections is $60 (includes student lunch & activities). See "Fee Information" below for chaperone cost to attend conference. Students should register with their chaperone. Chaperones attending sessions can make session choices using the form below.

Parent chaperones may attend FRIDAY workshops at the discounted registration fee of $110 (1 parent/per student).

School Team discount - Teams of 3 or more from the SAME SCHOOL are eligible for a discount. To qualify for a school team discount, you must indicate other team members names below. School team discounts will not be honored until all team member registrations have been received. If your team consists of more than 3 members, please note additional names in the Comments section at the end of this form.

All participants attend the General Sessions with keynote speakers, and choose from our Mini-Workshop options each day. Participants may also opt to participate in a day-long Short Course (offered on Thursday only).

Indicate below your choice of Mini-Workshops within each time period. We will make every effort to grant your choice; however, we will use a "first come, first served" system for over-subscribed workshops. (Those who select the day-long SHORT COURSE should not select Mini-Workshops for that day.)

Please Note: The Short Course is offered only on Thursday and runs during both morning and afternoon sessions (10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:15 PM to 2:45 PM.). If the Short Course is chosen for morning session you will be automatically enrolled in the Short Course for the afternoon session as well.


Choosing SHORT COURSE in the Morning session requires SHORT COURSE in the Afternoon session.

Please note: All parents of children with hearing loss are invited to a Parent Luncheon on Friday at 12:00 PM.

Access Needs

All presentations are offered in spoken English. CART access is provided at all General Sessions. Indicate other access needs as follows. Request must be made at least two weeks in advance of the conference.

ALL online registration credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal.


Online registration requires payment by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Purchase Order. You CANNOT register online if paying by check. School purchase orders are accepted if received prior to the conference. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
