Move Well, Think Well, Live Well

Come join us this summer as we put a healthy twist on the traditional summer program experience!  Have you ever wondered how to fuel your body for optimum performance?  Or how to interpret the nutrition labels on the food packages you eat? Would you like to explore the science behind physical fitness, how your body works and learn what it means to be a part of a team?  Would you like to challenge yourself and build your confidence?  How about experimenting in the kitchen with fresh ingredients while creating delicious recipes? Or using the latest technology (iPads) to track, count and organize your individual wellness plan during your 2 week stay?  How about swimming, field trips, hiking and rock climbing? Our program is a wonderful way to make new friends and have a great time while practicing living a full, actively involved life!
