Clarke Specialist to Contribute to Upcoming AGBell Publication


January 10, 2012—Sherri Fickenscher, an Educational Support Specialist at Clarke's campus in Bryn Mawr, PA, is co-authoring a section in the upcoming text, 101 Frequently Asked Questions about Auditory-Verbal Practice: Promoting Listening and Spoken Language for Children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Their Families.

Edited by Warren Estabrooks and published by the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing,101 Frequently Asked Questions features contributions from a number of experts in the areas of listening and spoken language. Fickenscher's section will be co-authored with Cheryl Dickson, President of the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language.

The text has an expected publication date of June 2012.
