Shipley Sprouts Pitch In for Clarke PA

May 5, 2011—Student volunteers from the Shipley School added a touch of Spring to the Nature Trail at Clarke's Bryn Mawr campus on April 22.  Members of the "Shipley Sprouts," the school's horticultural club, grabbed shovels, rakes and work gloves for the big dig. Working in teams, the students dug holes, separated bulbs and planted hundreds of daffodils along the nature trail used by Clarke's preschoolers throughout the year.

Community service opportunities are available at all of our campuses for volunteers interested in partnering with Clarke as part of our Adopt-an-Activity program. To learn more about how your volunteer group can support our mission contact one of our Regional Development Directors.
