November 7, 2014—On October 10, more than 125 professionals came together for a day of learning and collaboration to enhance individual skills and thereby improve the field of practice overall. Guest speaker, David Sindrey, provided a delightful day brimming with practical materials and strategies for professionals.
Thanks to the teachers of the deaf, classroom teachers, speech and language pathologists, audiologists, special education teachers and all other professionals who came to the workshop to learn successful strategies for Listening and Spoken Language! You are the true heroes and we want to thank you for your perseverance, dedication and commitment to the children you work with every day! We can make a difference together! On the evening of October 9th, parents from Clarke and the greater Philadelphia community gathered at the Clarke Bryn Mawr location for a special parent workshop Listening Between the Sessions offered by David Sindrey provided parents with strategies to incorporate their child's listening and language goals through daily activities.
