Patient Focused Care
As a non-profit organization, our work is not sales driven, but rather emphasizes quality services, education and empowerment for each client. We provide individualized attention aimed at helping all individuals function happily and effectively in their day-to-day lives with the equipment and support that is most appropriate for them.
Family Involvement
Whether our client is an infant, a teenager or an adult, we understand that hearing loss affects not just the client, but also their family, friends and colleagues. When appropriate, we encourage family members and significant others to attend appointments and learn with the patient how the individual’s hearing loss impacts their overall listening and communication.
