Helping you Navigate the Options
For many adults who are losing their hearing, the process of purchasing a hearing aid can be confusing, expensive and even intimidating. Clarke’s Hearing Center on the Northampton campus offers a variety of hearing health services to help individuals of all ages improve their access to sound through expert evaluations and state-of-the-art amplification in a friendly and supportive environment.
Patient Focused Care
As a non-profit organization, our work is not sales driven, but rather emphasizes quality services, education and empowerment for each client. We provide individualized attention aimed at helping all individuals function happily and effectively in their day-to-day lives with the equipment and support that is most appropriate for them.
Whether our client is an infant, a teenager or an adult, we understand that hearing loss affects not just the client, but also their family, friends and colleagues. When appropriate, we encourage family members and significant others to attend appointments and learn with the patient how the individual’s hearing loss impacts their overall listening and communication.
The Center also provides pediatric audiological services and works closely with multiple early intervention programs and diagnostic centers to provide excellent audiological management and support to children and their families.
