Kathryn D. Girardin, Au.D.Kathryn D. Girardin, Au.D.

Experience and Interests:
Dr. Girardin joined the Center for Audiological Services in July, 2007 bringing with her several years of experience with both pediatric and adult patients working in a variety of settings including a hospital, a non-profit speech and hearing center, and an otolaryngology practice.  Dr. Girardin has served as the Audiology Consultant to the Maine Newborn Hearing Program, owned and operated an industrial hearing company along with her husband, Hank, and most recently served as the Executive Director of an auditory oral early program in Maine offering aural habilitation and rehabilitation services for infants to elderly who are deaf or hard of hearing in Maine.

Experience and Interests:
Dr. Skinner joined the Center for Audiological Services in October, 2007 bringing with her several years of experience with both pediatric and adult patients.  After working in an Ear, Nose and Throat practice and a hospital-based outpatient clinic, she has particular interest in pediatric and adult diagnostics, hearing aid evaluations, fitting and management.

Licensed to practice Audiology in the State of Massachusetts
Certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology

Experience and interests:
Dr. Alexander’s doctoral research project was chosen as one of a five students to present at The Student Research Forum at the American Academy of Audiology in April 2009.   She spent her extern year at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and later was employed as a pediatric clinical audiologist at the same institution before starting at Clarke Hearing Center in February 2010.
